TSIS: Introduction

1. Open the new assignment on Google Classroom entitled "Classroom Notebook, Q1"--this will be a document that you use to complete writing prompts given in class on a frequent basis. You will be asked to share this document with me at the end of the quarter, and between 0 and 30 points will be awarded on the basis of your effort on these practice activities.
2. Write the title of this activity: "TSIS: Introduction" and today's date. Complete the activity below.
3. On page 17 of They Say, I Say, complete exercise two (The Emily Poe paragraph), replacing the topic of vegetarianism with a topic of your choice. If you can't think of something that you actually believe in to replace it with, feel free to pick an arbitrary or even humorous topic. Try to follow the model closely, however, using the same sentence structures and italicized transition words.
